Marketing Assistant - The Electric Bike Shop

At The Electric Bike Shop, I worked in a small in-house Marketing team consisting of myself and the Marketing Manager. Working in a small team and in the retail sector taught me how to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines. I was given a lot of creative freedom which simultaneously allowed me to experiment with new mediums and reflect on what was working.

In 3 months, we experienced a growth of 11.2% in Instagram followers and a 33% increase in Facebook engagement. I also got them back on TikTok and in two months we saw a 76.6% increase in page views through consistent posting.

Promotional Materials

I directed and edited this shoot. The shoot consisted of meeting one of our customers in London and filming her school run for a Cargo Bike Awareness Campaign

I went to our Battersea Store to collect promotional materials for the new Raleigh Modum. I directed and edited this myself.

A promotional video for a company wide initiative offering free performance health checks for existing customers.

Social Media Content

Due to the rise of 360 videos, particularly in sport, I wanted to capture the joy of biking with some fun P.O.V shots.

With increasing engagement on unboxing videos, I put a spin and created an unboxing video for an e-bike which our audience responded well to.

TikToks for Trigger

Over the summer, I interned with Trigger, an NPO Art's charity and was tasked to create content suitable for their TikTok and other channels. With a niche audience who are interested in the performing arts, I wanted to make their content more accessible to a wider audience by utilising popular trends. I also created videos that appealed to their existing following alongside more experimental content.

This video was made in response to the "Things that just make sense" trend.

Utilising the trending Barbie soundtrack, I created a how it started vs how it's going to display one of the companies events. The audio was edited by me to be subdued until the drop for added effect.

This is another how it started vs how it's going with a different audio. This Elton John audio has been popular with this video format and it performed well in comparison to others.

Joe Jenkins Ltd - Colour Correction

I took on a days work experience with Joe Jenkins to colour correct his video for YouTube. The task was to create continuity between the cameras.
